Shape Urban was engaged by the City of Bunbury to prepare a Revitalisation Plan for its CBD. The plan was informed by detailed research into the planning, economic and social contexts that form the complex fabric of the CBD and its considerable local and regional significance. The project was highly dependent on engagement with the City, government agency and community stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities associated with producing a revitalisation strategy that allows for street activation, growth of local business and industry, and a more integrated transport network.  

The Revitalisation Plan has been endorsed by the City as a desirable way to plan for and activate the CBD.
